Gluten Free Cauliflower Crust Pizza

 

Ingredients

1 cauliflower head, florets cut off

1 large egg

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 garlic clove

½ cup Antonio Carlo Original Recipe Marinara Sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided in half


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 F. Place cauliflower florets in food processor and pulse until finely diced, (like parmesan cheese) and place in paper towels. Try to squeeze out as much liquid as you can. Mix dried cauliflower with seasonings, half of the cheese, and egg well. Place parchment paper on sheet pans and generously spray. Place cauliflower mixture on parchment paper and spread into two circles. Bake cauliflower crust until lightly browned. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Top the golden brown crust with remaining cheese and then Antonio Carlo Marinara sauce on top. If the sauce is underneath, the cauliflower crust with get soggy. Bake in oven 15-20 minutes or until cheese has melted. Slice and serve immediately.
